Matt Molloy is a canadian photographer who is the creator behind the sky photography/nature photography which is also known as "Time Stack". He uses the time lapse technique by over laying one image on another to create a smeared look of the sky photography. He takes  timelapse photo for every five seconds or so depending on the weather and  merges these photos using Photoshop, which gives an amazing brush look effect to the skies.
